NEW Dual Turntable Complete Idler Wheel Hardware Retainer Washer Kit

This hardware kit is meant to be used with Dual’s original idler wheels or as AudioVault’s idler wheels extras since the idlers we make already come supplied with all necessary hardware.

• Replace any worn, damaged or lost washer (Dual part# 200110) or retainer (Dual “lockwasher” part# 200633); Dual original hardware shown in photo with pink washer.
• Retainer – You get a clear plastic version (as per the original) and a black rubber version used with AudioVault Idler Wheels.
• In addition you also get a convenient conversion sleeve so you can use any small platter 12xx series idler wheel on any 10xx series turntable. This 12xx -> 10xx conversion can be quite useful as good condition 12xx series idler wheels are more readily available on the second hand market than 10xx series idler wheels which rubber is more prone to surface hardening and cracking.
• Bonus: A thinner Graphite Thrust Washer is also supplied for added convenience depending on need. For example putting the thinner washer under the wheel instead of the standard height one will increase the platter rotational speed by a few percent. On the other hand putting both washers under the wheel will lower the running speed by a few percent. Another use is to help center the idler wheel contact point with the center of the pulley instead of adjusting the pulley height screw.
• And to complete this kit a shaft lever bumper (Dual “insulating tubing” part# 218702) is also included for a quiet speed change and start/stop operation.
